San Sebastian and views from Igeldo

San Sebastian, with its dramatic backdrop of mountains and its glorious golden beaches is without doubt one of the most beautiful and dynamic cities in Spain. Not in vain is this tiny city called la Perla del Cantabrico.

San Sebastian is famous for its Basque gastronomy and Txikiteo, (tapas or ‘pintxo’ crawls ), for its film, jazz and theatre festivals, for it historic old town and fishing port and – once adopted by the Spanish aristocracy in the 19th century – glamorous San Sebastian never looked back !

Intensive Spanish Courses

Our Spanish courses in San Sebastian offer students the chance to enjoy this beautiful city with intensive Spanish teaching and passionate local guides.

Our methods combine a programme of formal classes with unending Spanish conversation as we lead our guests on spectacular coastal walks and cultural forays into the heart of city life. And, as we swill down subjunctives with glasses of Txakoli, or toy with ‘para’ and ‘por’ over plates of pintxos, Spanish conversation becomes the order of the day.
